Welcome to the terms and conditions ("Terms") for Direct Save Store.
These Terms are between you and 'Internet Sales Group LTD' and/or its affiliates ("directsave.store" or "Us") and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of the 'directsave.store' website and Direct Save Store Membership are also governed by the agreements listed and linked to below, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the 'directsave.store' website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you sign up for a Direct Save Store Membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements.
If you signed-up for your Direct Save Store Membership directly through us, you may cancel your Direct Save Store Membership any time by visiting Your Account and adjusting your membership settings.If you signed up for your Direct Save Store Membership through a third party, you may need to contact the third party to cancel your membership or receive any refund under its applicable policies. Direct Save Store Memberships redeemed through a Direct Save Store gift code or promotional code are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.
- We may send you email and other communications related to your Direct Save Store Membership (regardless of any settings or preferences related to your Direct Save Store account).
- You may not transfer or assign your Direct Save Store Membership, including promotion codes for Direct Save Store Memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.
- Direct Save Store members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Direct Save Store benefits.
- Some Direct Save Store benefits may require certain purchase thresholds, have quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet specified criteria in order to access them.
- From time to time, Direct Save Store may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Direct Save Store Membership benefits.
Fees and Renewal
You are enrolling in our subscription membership program. As a subscribing member, every month you will have access to purchase Discount Sale Club products at discounted rates! We will charge the payment of $9.99 to the card you provided us today. We will continue to renew your Membership monthly until you cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time by calling (855) 984-9744 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you cancel, we will terminate your access to the Discount Sale Club and your credit card will not be billed for future Discount Sale Club membership enrollment and access.You will still be responsible for a pro-rated payment that has already begun prior to the time you canceled. Customer Service hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
We may in our discretion change these Terms, (directsavestore.com)'s Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice, or any aspect of Direct Save Store Membership, without notice to you. If any change to these terms is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.
Termination by Us
We may terminate your Direct Save Store Membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of the Direct Save Store Membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
